Delayed cycle? 15dpo, high temps and bfn

My current cycle chart is on top, and 3 previous cycles below it. I'm worried that I didn't ovulate this cycle when the chart suggests. The only time I've been late, and not pregnant was when I moved abroad last fall. I'm going to move abroad in 3 weeks. Do you think that has delayed my cycle? Please help!
