We have been using the pull out method for 5 years. We have a two year old, and a baby on the way. Both of our kids were planned. I think it depends on the relationship. I get pregnant easy. I got pregnant both times on the first try. I think my husband just has a great pull out game lol.

Nope. That's how I was conceived. It didn't work for my parents

i think as long as the guy knows his body & can pull out in time its pretty effective. i used it for over a year and only got pregnant after he stopped pulling out lol
