painful ankle swelling?

My ankles are swelling a lot and it's super painful. Anyone else have this and what do you do to ease it?

With my first my swelling was horrible. I have kept it at bay this time around by drinking a lot of water with lemon vitality oil, coconut water, and taking time out them up when I can. Remember table salt is bad for edema, but sea salt balances electrolytes.

24+4 hands ankles and feet have been swelling a lot. Elevation doesn't work for me. I hope you get some relief.
