Migraine at 16 weeks?

So im 16 weeks tomorrow and today ive been suffering with the most monstrous migraine of my life.  I've thrown up twice Coz of it, can't keep anything down :-( is this normal for second trimester? Bad for baby?

I would give your dr a call.  Extreme headaches during pregnancy can be a symptom of something serious such as preeclampsia. (Caused by high blood pressure) it can't hurt to call the dr and see what she/he says.
