4 almost 5 year old having accidents

My daughter has gotten back into the habit of peeing herself. She's turning 5 on July 26th.

Today she had an accident at school (shes in prek and i work there) and all I had in my car was her now dried, dirty swimsuit and a pair of pants.

Last night before bed she pooped on herself.

She was staying dry overnight but has started wetting the bed again. I'm going to try puppy training pad this weekend but in the meantime we bought a small pack of pullups for over night.

She's had these cycles for maybe a couple weeks to a month, every 4 months, that she'll just poop or pee on herself.

I don't know what the hell the problem is. I know she's emotionally sensitive and our way to combat that is having a schedule that keeps her busy, but she was doing fine and then the accidents start all over again. She's starting kindergarten in august and our school district kicks out kids who have too many daytime accidents.

I feel like at such a loss because I'm potty training my other daughter who's turning 2 on the 29th and she's doing beautifully. I don't think my expectations are too high because she's almost 5 and her 2yo sister is having maybe 1 accident a day, poops on the potty, stays dry overnight, and gets up to go potty.

I know bedwetting isn't seen as a developmental delay until they're 7 or 8. But that daytime accidents, I don't know what to do anymore..
