Pregnant on BC??

I've been taking amethia for the past nine months. Truthfully, I sometimes am late or forget my pill. On my last period week, I didn't have a period. I spotted for a few days though. Yesterday I was nauseous at work and then I threw up like four times. The uneasy feeling left by the after noon.

Am I pregnant or paranoid?
