I thought I may have been pregnant cause my period was 6 days late and it always comes on the exact day its supposed to. But today, I got it and I'm not bleeding a lot but the cramps are so bad I've been crying with pain and feeling nauseous and my back is killing me. Could this be an early miscarriage or what? I'm confused.
