Someone told me that epidural shot can kill you if you move? Is that true? I'm having a csection done july 14th!

They know someone who just died from getting edipural shot because they moved.

I don't know about die, but I've heard of being paralyzed from it. It has to do with getting air into the spine I think? Don't worry though! When I got mine done I was on the verge of cussing everyone out haha, it was hard to be still and I'm sure I wasn't, but these people have been trained to deal with people who have a hard time staying still... I mean, you're having a baby, of course you'll have a hard time!!

The risk of death is very small however it is a risk

There are a lot of risks to an epidural. I'm not sure if death is one. Ask your doctor to tell you every risk. They should be disclosing that information anyway.

I've not heard that. The dr doing it will direct you on what to do. It's not a big deal.
