Acne from sports bras?!?!

Every once in a while I get these really big pimples on my back but they are typically right where my sports bra rests. Not always though, sometimes they are on the underside of my arms. Any ideas as to why? Or how I can stop it?

I get them all the time. Right when you finish working out, take off your bra and wash down your back with a washcloth. Then go braless for the rest of the night.

Its most likely from sweat and bacteria sitting there. Id shower after working out or whatever activity your wearing the sports bra for. You could also try a more breathable sports bra especially if your just wearing them because normal bras are annoying haha i used to get really bad huge pimples where my straps would sit because id play softball then would just stay in my uniform the rest of the day. If you work out and cant shower after your workout id bring like baby wipes to the gym and change after your workout and just wipe down as a temporary shower lol
