There weren't any signs... I thought I was having practice labour but they were coming every 10 minutes but I was still in denial because when I laid down they slowed down. I went to sleep and contractions woke me up and then my water broke and everything went quickly from there. My advice is to relax, don't rush things and don't let your doctor rush things.

I'm a FTM. So I read up on things obviously but still feel like I have no clue about anything. Anyways I'm due in a about 4 weeks. I had my doctors appointment yesterday and I'm 2cm dilated 70% effaced. So what's it like going into labor? How do you really know? Like what were your signs you were about to go into labor and how did everything happen? I know everyone is different, just want to get some more insight on everything!
