So I had an ultrasound today at 5 weeks.. We saw NOTHING and ive been having mild dull pain on the left side and Im just worrying myself more about a tubal pregnancy but... At my ultrasound my uterus was clearly enlarged and she said it was so... Is this a good sign that the embryo is in the uterus although we saw nothing? I know its still​ so early but I just wanna feel better! I won't know till 8 weeks on july 5th.
