Rainbow baby

Today my dr office called with my blood results and confirmed that I am pregnant with my rainbow baby!! I am a little over 4 weeks. Last miscarriage was at 5 weeks, i'm hoping we make it all the way this time. This would be my 3rd pregnancy but 2nd child. Anyone else in a similar boat?
