labor really close?

Does this sound like labor could be REALLY close? This past week I've had the urge to nest, and I have been. I've had an increase in appetite(not sure if that's really a sign) tonight I'm pretty positive my baby has dropped. I've had more frequent trips of #2, a few times like tonight has been diarrhea. I've been having a lot of lower back ache/crampy back since I got home tonight. This morning I think I was having contractions, I felt like I was having period cramps and I felt my stomach get tight. It seemed to be happening frequently at that time, but most of the day it was fine after that. But I've been feeling a little crampy again. It's hard to say with contractions because I had a few when I was 30 weeks(was in er) and last week I went to er again because I thought I had a UTI(which I did) and I was having discharge that's was watery brownish with a streak of blood a few times and I was having contractions then, I had to get a shot for and everything. He said the Discharge was probably the UTI, which was also probably causing my contractions. Anyways just seeing if anyone thinks this labor could be even closer than expected. I've just been getting a feeling t might be!
