AF signs early - vent

Anyone in there 40's have issues with PBS almost 7 days before AF shows? I have never had this issue in my life. I would normally get gassy, neasous, and cranky like AF was coming in a matter of a day or two tops. Ho0, since February or March it was 7 or 13 days before. For nearly 2 weeks I would be feeling like crap and then AF showed and all is fine except cramps.

I am so over this feeling. It is one thing to be pg and feel terrible another when AF is knocking on the door.
