Sooo since I have been on BC pretty my my ENTIRE life I have never really experienced a real period or like "mid cycle spotting" now that I've stopped BC back at the end of April, I experienced a real period but nowwwww I think I MIGHT have mid cycle spotting... ? My next period is dude on July 1st & my last one ended June 6th.. I had a very small amount of light brown "spotting" just now. Would that be considered mid cycle spotting ? 🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ I'm so lost 😂

Sure could be! Could also be implantation bleeding if youre newly pregnant. Can also be result of some extra - vigorous sex. If you're worried see a doc.

Hmmmm. Not sure about either of those. We haven't had sex since four days before my last period so idk what it could be. Maybe it's old blood 🤷🏼‍♀️
