Worms !! Why 🐛 in me

So I recently got pinworms and I thought they were gone because I haven't got the syntoms that they give so I was pretty happy but when I woke this morning I had an iche in my vagina thinking it was just a normal one but turns out a pin worm crawled in my vagina and in scared if it layed egg it was pretty big I got it wile it was trying to go in maybe a little advice please
