Just fyi (not disagreeing with anyone else) there have been lawsuits of other morning sickness meds in the past. It was all a money making thing. I've asked my doctor about it and he said he isn't concerned at all. 
That being said, I only take it if I have to work (I'm a teacher and am trying to save my days) and nothing else is helping. Only you know when you're at your breaking point. I've tried ginger everything, small meals, eating in bed, sea bands, etc. I'm hoping to try B6 + Unisom but just got that today.

I have to stick up for any moms out there who have had no choice but to take it. I had morning sickness so bad I lost 10 lbs in a week and couldn't keep anything down so I had no choice. My dr said the benefits to me outweighed the risks to the baby. Plus she is not concerned about it at all. If you have no other choice and have to take it, know you're doing the right thing for you and your baby! Can't keep a baby nourished if you can't stay nourished or hydrated.

If you read the study that was done, the risk is still slim to none. I took it my ENTIRE pregnancy (I had HG and vomited all day long my entire pregnancy) after losing 20 lbs from being so sick. No issues...and im currently on it for this one. I have to work and b6 and unisom did nothing to help.

I had IV zofran with Jamie. It was that or lose the pregnancy. I was one very sick mamma. And Jamie came out just fine.

I'm now on Zofran and my doctor is one of the top doctors in the country at assessing the risks and benefits of certain drugs during pregnancy. It is so far the only thing that has worked at the severe stage I am at. Diclegis worked for a few weeks but then stopped. If you're puking so hard that your ovaries hurt everyday something has to be done.

My midwife wrote me a prescription and I did get it filled, but haven't taken it. I work nightshift as a NICU RN and must be able to function and take care of those babies. I keep it in my bag just incase the nausea gets so bad I can't handle it. I weighed the risks against the benefits and feel that this is what is best for my personal situation.

I just got a Zofran shot in my IV. It was that or lose the baby. I'd take my chances.

There's other prescriptions your doctors can write for the nausea. With all the new law suits coming out I would avoid it

Best advice is listen to your doctor. Everyone is different. Mine had two girls had had heart surgery because of it. But it was a use it or lose baby case. So he's very understanding of people who have those issues with their babies after pregnancy. I don't think anyone should judge either way. If people choose not to or if people choose to. To each their own. And it's their choice to make. I personally can live without it and b6 and unisom help me. But for those who can't. It's their choice to make. Let's not judge those who sue for it and those who choose not to take it. You can't imagine the pain and heartache each goes through and it's not for us to judge. Those suing have every right and those choosing to take it. Also do.

Too many lawsuits for me to take it! Since I've been pregnant, any illness I've had has been cured by natural remedies. What cured my morning sickness was sucking on a lemon
