genital herpes antibiotic!?

Hi I'm on my third break this year due to stress which is what triggers it most... I was just wondering do I need to finish all the antibiotics I was given (Zorivax 500mg) for 7-10 days...all the way completely or how about if the outbreak goes away within a few days and I have leftover medicine what do I do then? Will it come back right away if I don't finish it all? If someone has been in similar situation please let me know. Xoxo
