raw vegan diet?? Yay or Nay?
Hey, so I've been looking a lot into a raw vegan diet. Strictly fruits and veggies, no cooked food at all. But, is it healthy for me to make that dramatic change so quickly?! I mean, I eat everything under the sun. Pork, chicken, beef, etc. so if I just switch over like that will I get sick? I'm asking you all because I know some of you are vegans. I would love to know how you started off, what you eat in a day, and how does the diet make you feel. Thanks in advance ladies
