My pregnancy started out with mild morning sickness (just nausea) but it has just gotten worse and worse! I am constantly so nauseous I can't eat or drink, and when I do eat/drink more than half the time I just throw it back up! I am literally in tears because this morning sickness has ruined my days, I can barely get up to cook or clean and I have a 3 year old to take care of, I am trying to avoid medications during pregnancy but I am at a loss here and just feeling awful! 😭

Any advice is more than welcome!
