Can you get pregnant while on anxiety medicine???

I feel like it would help me relax. I literally have over 10 anxiety attacks a day and I know that isn't helping me conceive. My anxiety stems from trying for so long so when I am in my tww, I get super anxious and feel like I can't breathe sometimes because the waiting stresses me out so bad. We've been trying for over 2 years. I need something to calm me. What anxiety medicine do you take and is it safe while ttc??

If you have "literally 10 anxiety attacks a day" you need to see a therapist/psycharitrist before your TTC journey.

Getting pregnant will not make your anxiety better , it could make t worse

You need to see someone first to have that under control and then take it from there. Good luck!

You should definitely see someone and speak about how you're feeling. Meds are very helpful, but I think you could benefit from counseling and probably gain some skills to help with your anxiety attacks 
However, to answer your question: yes. I was taking an antidepressant when I got pregnant

I was experiencing extreme anxiety after my miscarriage and two years of infertility.  Anti anxiety meds were of great help and did not negatively impact my ability to finally achieve a healthy pregnancy!  I spoke to my OB about it- she was the one that prescribed the meds for me.

Can you get pregnant while on anxiety medicine???
