Okay so I got two BFP this morning. Should I make an appt with my regular doctor and if so what do I say? I need to take a pregnancy test? After that where do I go ?

I'd call your OB and tell them you got 2 positives. They'll test you again if you ask them to confirm. Otherwise they'll make an appt for 6-8 weeks
