back acne - sos

Sooo my prom is around the corner, I have a dress and everything - unfortunately it is strapless with a semi low back. It's unfortunate because recently my back acne has gotten worse. It's not terrible I just really wish I had a clear back for prom. I've tried a few methods to get rid of it but it always seems to come back. Anyone suffered from the same problem? Any diy home remedies or great products I can use? Any help is good help !! xoxo
