How much milk is your 16 month old drinking a day? I'm thinking about decreasing my toddlers milk bc she hasn't really been eating. We were giving her about 21-24oz a day I may drop to 15 and see if that helps?

my daughters dr says they get all the nutrients they need from the 24 oz a milk a day until age two.

My little gets 24oz of breast milk a day divided among 3 bottles. My guy is a huge eater and doesn't know when to stop! Sometimes kids go though phases...if you're super worried you can always ask your ped.

We were giving our toddler about 16-18 oz of milk a day, but she wasn't eating as much as I felt she should. We cut out one of her bottles - bringing her to 8-9 oz of milk a day, and she eats SO MUCH MORE now!! It made a huge difference for us.

I told my daughters doc she was drinking 20-25 oz a day and he told me to cut it in half. Lol. He said she needs to eat more fiber rich foods and can't do that if she's full on milk. So now she drinks about 16 oz a day and eats a lot more foods.

Literally just went to my sons 15 month checkup which he's 16 months now but anyway doc says 18 ounces per day is plenty for now and make sure they are eating healthy foods as well.
