any IUI success with 1 follicle and low sperm count?

I had an <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> done this afternoon (cd13) after a positive OPK yesterday evening. This is my third round after 2 other unsuccessful <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a>'s and 2.5 years of ttc naturally. My ultrasound showed only one mature follicle at 21 mm and my lining at 10 mm. My husband's sperm count post wash was just 5.5 million (last two tries he was 8 million and 4 million but they didn't perform an ultrasound to see how many follicles I had or size). If anyone has a success stories for <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> with only one follicle and low sperm count will you please share your experiences? I'm needing a little hope.
