3rd round of Clomid

I am on my 3rd round of Clomid and it has been increased to 150mg for 5 days. I am 44 years old and dh and I have been trying since our D&C 9/16/16 @ 19 weeks.. Devastating.. So this is it for me.. Please let it work this time
