is there anyway to help not feel this way?
I'm 27 weeks and for a few weeks now my ribs and back would hurt a tonnn, like just super sore and makes me wanna move into a position to where it doesn't hurt anymore. But sometimes I just gotta try to ignore the pain because I can't do anything. I'm a ftm so I would like some advice, what can I do to help with the pain/soreness? And what is causes it?
