EXPLODE!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡

I'm going to explode, already screamed at the top of my lungs twice to the dogs and three times at my little girl, lucky oh isn't here otherwise I'm going to do it to him too. Anybody have any relaxation tips for right here right now. And then any cheap things to do on my own when I have no children or dogs or husband? Need something, have no body to relief it all too.......
