My baby girl has rolls. I love her rolls. But they make cleaning her SO hard. We try to get her neck clean but I feel like we never can keep it clean. When I feed her I put a bib on to block any milk spilling out and getting trapped in her neck folds which has helped but not 100%. Well today she was sleeping and I saw this on one part of her neck. My heart was broken I feel so bad for her:( anybody have any tips?? Can I put diaper rash cream on it? Baby powder? Help:(
