HELP Back Pains and trapped gas
Lately I have had knots in my back muscles and it feels like they are pinching nerves. To top this off I've been feeling like I have trapped gas in my ribs and top of my stomach. Ugh I feel so uncomfortable with these pains. Any ideas on how I can get some relief?
