ultrasound and scared 😳

Hello ladies, I'm not sure if I will get any comments but Oh well I have to tell someone other than my husband.. anyways today I went to get a transvaginal ultrasound and I've got nonansweres yet but I took some pictures of it with my phone. Anyways all I saw was a lot of black spots and I am scared that they can be bad I'll attach the pocte below to see if anyone can help me understand
