Best announced to my mother yesterday. 😂😂
So my sisters have know for some time now, there are 4 of us and my mom is driving up to visit, so I'm throwing my gender reveal while she is here. She honestly was convinced it's just a family BBQ to meet my bfs family.
Well we decided we should tell her before hand or she might have a moment and become a little over emotional and dramatic. Well all of my sisters wanted to be a part of her reaction, so we 4 way called her.
We started by one of us saying "one of us has been keeping a secret from you" then another going "actually all of us have been keeping a secret from you." Then we were like "one of may be pregnant" the another goes "one of us may be half Spanish now" "one of us actually may have something inside of us that is half Spanish" "one of us may have a little bambino inside" 😂😂😂 pure hilarity.
She immediately is like "i know it's not Jessi, her guy is white, but it could be any of the other 3 of you(my bf is dominican, my one sisters bf is mexican and my other sisters bf is colombian) ".. and then asks "Jamie! Are you pregnant?? Jamie?!? Answer me! You've been sick lately!" -Jamie: nope not me. "Jenny are pregnant?!?" -Me: nope not me. "Miranda!?!?!" -Miranda: not me. She like huh? Everyone burst out laughing.
We finally tell her it's me. And then Jessi goes, tell her how far along, I'm like "19 weeks" ... she's like "how have you kept it a secret for this long! And you told everyone before me!!"
Trust me this story doesn't give it justice. Best announcement ever.
We considered allowing her to show up to the reveal and wait and see how long it would take before she realized I was the pregnant one😂😂😂
