cat eye advice please
Sooooo I'm venturing in to the world of makeup. And I got a liquid eyeliner today. Thing is... can't get the hang of it. I've watched some videos tutorials but still can't get the hang of it. Granted it's only been 24h of me having a liquid eyeliner I know I can't expect to get it right and stunning out of the bat. At but still I wanna ask. Any advice on how to manage this
