Expired Prenatals
Although I hope to soon have a baby. We are currently NOT trying to conceive. (Aka trying not to) I was reserving some prenatals for when we started but I just realized I waited to long. They expired in January, 2017. 😱
I've been taking them because I don't want to completely waste them and hopefully for some help in the unlikely case we accidentally get preggo.
How bad is this? I've read that sometimes manufacturers put an earlier Date than thugs actually expire because they want people to throw them out and buy new. However, I don't want to gamble with a baby's health but honestly it's better than the nothing I've been doing... right?!
