Scared of childbirth

Hi ladies, I am hoping for some sort of relief from my crippling fear of childbirth. I just found out that I'm pregnant...I'm so excited, I have been dreaming of this for a long time. I just can't get over this fear,though. I am absolutely terrified of the pain...how can I let go of this fear and focus on being excited for the birth of my child?!
