My baby is 5 weeks and he's had bad baby "acne" since about 2 weeks old. Its now spreading to his arms and chest. I've been to our pediatrician multiple times since I've been concerned with the spreading to his arms and chest. She keeps telling me it's baby acne and will go away on its own.  My question is does this look like classic baby acne? Could it be something else?? I'm just torn and upset that it is spreading. It's been getting better on his face, but still very noticeable.
