What do u think?
I FINALLY got the drive I needed to start working out yesterday and once I start I usually don't stop till I achieve my goal. However I still don't have the drive to eat 100% healthy yet. Do you think since I started working out now eventually it'll come? I'm worried it'll never come this time. I've been on again off again dieting since I was 20 I'm 30 now. I dieted/worked out so hard core for my wedding that was sept 2014 that I got soo burnt out on it
