Canned chicken dinner idea??? HELP

I'm freaking out. I can't cook anything that doesn't have ground beef in it and I really don't have anything to work with either I have some pasta, a ridiculous amount of canned vegetables, and a few other odds and ends. Pleaseeeee somebody help a broke mama out!!!!

Alfredo is a cream sauce base (which you melt three tablespoons of butter until bubbly then add three tablespoons flour and allow to cook down a bit. I normally add a pinch of nutmeg as it masks the "flour" taste then add two cups heavy cream or milk if that is what you have while whisking vigorously to meld the rue with the liquid. Bring to a boil and add Parmesan cheese 1.5 cups allow to cook over med-low heat for roughly 8 minutes. Add more liquid but not too much to help stretch. Add cracker black pepper and a sprinkle of salt) and rather easy to make. Boil your pasta. Drain. Toss your veggies, chicken and pasta with your alfredo. Wahlah! Instant tasty dinner in about 27 minutes.

Why not try making Alfredo with chicken,pasta,  veggies, and chicken.. thats how we make it!!
