So I took my birth control pill 3 hours late one day and I wasn't sure what would happen so I was going to use condoma for the next 7 days but on the 7th day before I took my 7th pill I had sex without a condom twice and I know it was stupid but it was the first time we ever did it without one we just wanted to try it but it was understood that it was just that one day and I realized it was before I took my 7th pill so I freaked out and took Ella the EC pill the next day. That was yesterday and I'm having very mild cramps today which are listed in the side effects so I wasn't too worried but then I started spotting just a little bit and idk what's going on cuz that's not listed in the side effects and I'm really scared does anyone know what it could be please help
