Okay???

So I just had this weird feeling in the right side of my stomach it started off as a light pinch then turned into a solid cramp it lasted about 10 minutes it was in the right side of my stomach and part of my panty line I have been taking fertility pills and got a faint positive ovulation test in the 8th but idk what this cramp was it felt nothing like my period cramps so idk what this is has anyone else had this ??
