Im 17 and i moved myself and my daughter out of my parents house because my older sister threatens to hit me and my mom doesn't care. My mom won't give me any of my daughter's clothes and she kept the phone that I payed for even though she pays the bills for it. Is there any way I could get these things back? I've asked her for them and my mom refuses to give them to me.
