Ok, so my neighborhood isn't exactly the best. My neighbor is a notorious "gangbanger" to everyone nearby. She rarely works, and it's been told a few times that she beats her kids n so do her boyfriends. Like punching them. Well these kids, god bless them are about as rude as can be and about as dense as a sack of potatoes. She let's them outside ALL DAY,(I have seen her out with them 2 times,ever) there are like 8 kids,the youngest is maybe 2?!?! I think one has a learning disability a kid told me. He is ALWAYS trying to get at my dog. I had to get bins from the road so I hooked her leash to the fence for a split second to pull them up, he tried unhooking a fucking great pyrenees (50+lbs) with 2 fingers she's pulling to get away from him, he just won't leave her alone. My husband has gotten onto him for leaving our gate open, he snuck in behind me this time. Back to the point these kids are out past dark most nights, and this is a heavily populated area with alot of traffic. These kids are going to end up getting hit by more than just adults and as much as they irritate the living shit out of me I don't want to see any child hurt. As a mother I couldn't bear to see it. I don't know if I should call cps on these people or not. I'm more worried than frustrated with these kids. But I also don't want to start an all out war with any kind of gang related nonsense. Someone please help me, advice or something. I can't handle seeing dead babies on TV let on my driveway😢
