What could this be?

Im 11 dpo today but I noticed that a couple days ago I've been having these occasional twinging/pricking/pulling sensations around my uterus...kinda hard to explain but sometimes its a pricking feeling then a twinge or other times its just mild cramps...had what I thought was implantation bleeding on Saturday so I tested this morning and I thought I could see a faint line but when I posted the pic some people said they saw it others said they didn't...anyone knows what this pain could possibly mean?
