Sleep Anxiety
My sleep anxiety is so bad tonight. I slept in really late without meaning to (I woke up at about 10:30am) and then unintentionally took a small nap at 12:45. I woke up in time to get ready for work and I worked from about 3-8:30 and the work involved a lot of walking and being on my feet and I tried to even walk around when I wasn't busy in an effort to wear myself out from all that sleep. I got home and performed my normal nighttime routine and took my melatonin supplements that I normally take to help me wind down. My anxiety keeps telling me that I'm not going to fall asleep and that I didn't do enough during the day to make myself tired and my stomach feels queasy. I have to work tomorrow night and I'm really worried. What can I do?!
