Anyone been told they have pcos but not have cysts and hormones normal level?

Pcos doesn't mean you have cysts. You can have them, of course. But pcos actually means that your body tries to mature multiple eggs every cycle which can prevent you from actually ovulating. For instance, I have anovulatory pcos and when I got diagnosed, the specialist did an ultrasound of my ovaries and I had around 20 follicles in each ovary that were 8-10mm, meaning they were trying to mature but none were able to.

If all your hormone levels and the ultrasound were normal, you may want to get a second opinion.

I didn't have cysts for almost 8 months after my diagnosis... now I have only 2... my testosterone was higher than normal however... but it's lost a lot of weight and my cycles are now regular...

Pcos literally stands for poly cystic ovarian syndrome. And if you've been told you have it without having scans that see cysts and your lh to fsh ratio is fine than you have been falsely diagnosed.
