My bf has a low sex drive

He can usually only cum once a week, sometimes just once in two weeks. He sometimes can't even finish. My most fertile day is usually in 3-4 days. He wants to have sex this morning. I haven't mentioned ovulation at all this month. Do you think we should have sex this morning, or should I hold him off a few more days?
