Can you ovulate without a temp surge?

I got two postive OPKs but my temps never matched up. Am I not ovulating? Im so confuses.

CD 17 seems promising. You have to have at least 4 temps above the coverline afterwards. But I can't twll for sure if it happened yet.
May I ask if you take your temp every morning before you get out of bed, right after waking up, and roughly at the same time? Your chart is all over the place. 🤔
