I haven't tested in weeks and my last test was negative but I missed my period in Feb and haven't had one since. No symptoms other than maybe some slight cramping and a little nausea once in a while. I was at work tonight and all of a sudden my nose started gushing blood. I have never had a bloody nose in my life other than the occasional smear of blood on a tissue during winter. Is this anything to be worried about and could it mean I am pregnant? One of the girls at work said it could be...what do you think?
