1st cycle Clomid 50mg fail?

CD 22 and all I've gotten on the CB adv ovulation kit is flashing smileys. Today was my 6th day of flashing smileys. Is it safe to say the first cycle of Clomid didn't work? I'm on 50 mg. I've definitely felt my ovaries this month. Which is different. But no positive opk. 😕

My dr told me to just use the regular clear blue with the smiley or no face at all. I tried the advance one before and never got more than a flashing either. I took clomid for the first time in April (got my positive ovulation test on CD 15) but just went through a missed miscarriage a week ago. Currently waiting for AF so we can start trying again.
