I am generally a very healthy person I am around ill people frequently and rarely ever get sick. I have not gotten a cold sore since high school. I am now for the first time in years experiencing a cold sore (even when my SO has one my body would fight it and not acquire one) I am also extremely sick I've had the 24 hour bug, or so I thought for almost 32 hours now.
